"Tum Masih ke ho"
Tum Masih ke ho. Tum bakhshish ke aitbaar se Masih ke ho, kyunke Baap ne tumhein Bete ko bakhsh diya; tum us ke ho khoon ki qeemat ke aitbaar se, kyunke us ne tumhari nijaat ke liye apna khoon baha kar poori qeemat ada ki; tum makhsoosiyat ke aitbaar se us ke ho, kyunke tum ne apne aap ko us ke waste makhsoos kar diya hai; aur tum rishtay ke aitbaar se us ke ho, kyunke tum us ke naam se kehlate aur us ke bhaiyon mein shumaar kiye gaye aur us ke saath waaris banaye gaye ho. Amli taur par duniya par zaahir karo ke tum Yasu‘ ke khaadim, us ke dost aur us ki dulhan ho. Jab gunaah ki aazmaish waarid ho to us se kaho ke “main itni sangeen badi nahin kar sakta, kyunke main Masih ka hoon.” Yeh abadi zawaabit Masih ke har haqeeqi dost ko gunaah karne se baaz rakhte hain. Jab daulat ka anbaar gunaah ke zariye jeetne ke liye aap ke saamne dhara ho to kaho ke main Masih ka hoon aur usay haath tak na lagao. Kya tum mushkilaat aur khatron mein ghiray hue ho? Buray din mein saabit qadam raho aur yeh yaad rakho ke tum Masih ke ho. Kya tum kisi aisi jagah par ho jahan doosray kaahili se haath par haath dharay baithe hain aur kuch nahin kar rahe? To apni poori quwwat ke saath khidmat ke liye uth kharay ho jao, aur jab maathay par paseena aa jaye aur kaahili ka khayal dil mein uthay to pukaar kar kaho ke “nahin, main ruk nahin sakta, kyunke main Masih ka hoon.” Agar mujhe khoon se khareeda na gaya hota to main Ishkar ki maanind do bojhon ke darmiyan dabka baitha rehta, magar main Masih ka hoon aur kaahili ka muzahira nahin kar sakta. Jab kaif o surood ki moseequi tumhein bhatkaane par tuli ho to kaho ke “teri moseequi mere dil ko moh nahin sakti, kyunke main Masih ka hoon.” Jab Khuda ki khidmat tumhein pukaaray to apna tan, man, dhan bila sochay samjhay nisar kar do, kyunke tum Masih ke ho. Kabhi apne iqraar ki nafi na hone do. Tum un logon ki maanind bano jin ka chaal chalan haqeeqi Masihi balkay Masih jaisa ho, jin ki guftagu Nasri jaisi ho, aur jin ka bartao aur baat cheet aasman ki khushboo se mu‘attar ho, taake jo koi bhi tumhein dekhe woh jaan le ke tum Najaat Dehinda ke ho aur tumhare andar se us ki muhabbat jhalakti hai aur woh tumhein us ki pakeezgi aur raastbaazi se pehchanain. Zamana-e-qadeem mein yeh kehna ke “main Rome ka (Roomi) hoon” badi saakh aur izzat ki baat samjhi jati thi; aaj yeh kehna ke “main Masih ka hoon” hamare liye us se kahin baray fakhr aur e‘zaaz ki baat honi chahiye.

"Khudawand ki taraf se mujhay kuch aur bhi kehna hai"
Hamein apni neki ya apne roohani josh ki tashheer ke liye awaami paziraai aur shohrat ki khwahish nahin rakhni chahiye, lekin isi ke saath yeh bhi gunaah hai ke hum hamesha us nemat ko chhupane ki koshish karein jo Khuda ne doosron ki bhalai ke liye hamein ata kar rakhi hai. Masihi imandaar ko waadi mein chhupa hua gaon nahin balkay pahaar par basa hua shehar banna chahiye, aur woh paimane ke neeche rakhi hui shama nahin balkay charaghdaan par rakha hua charagh hai jis ki roshni sab tak pohanchti hai. Khalwat pasandi apni jagah umda ho sakti hai aur apne aap ko chhupana bila-shuba aik had tak inkisari hai, magar apne andar basne wale Masih ko chhupana kisi soorat durust nahin thehraya ja sakta, aur us sachai ko rok rakhna jo hamare liye qeemti hai doosron ke haq mein zulm aur Khuda ke huzoor jurm hai. Agar aap ka mizaj naazuk aur tabiyat goshah-nasheen hai to khabardaar rahiye ke kahin aap is jhijhak ko had se zyada is qadar na barha lein ke mubaada kaleesia ke liye be-faida ho jaein. Us ke naam mein jo aap ke liye sharminda na hua, apni tabiyat par kuch jabr kijiye aur doosron ko woh baat bataiye jo Masih ne aap se kahi hai. Agar aap buland aur goonjti awaaz mein baat nahin kar sakte to dheemi aur narm awaaz hi istemal kijiye. Agar mimbar aap ka maqam nahin ban sakta aur agar matboo‘aat aap ke kalaam ko phelane ka zariya nahin ban saktin to bhi Patras aur Yuhanna ki tarah kahiye ke “sona aur chandi to mere paas nahin, magar jo kuch mere paas hai woh main tujhe diye deta hoon.” Agar pahaar par waaz karna mumkin nahin to Sookhaar ke kunwein par Saamri aurat se baat kijiye, agar haikal mein nahin to ghar mein Yasu‘ ki munadi kijiye, agar bazaar mein nahin to khet mein, aur agar bani-noo‘ insaan ke aalmi khandaan mein nahin to kam az kam apne hi ghar aur gharane ke darmiyan us ke naam ka zikr kijiye. Apne baatin ke chhupe hue chashmon se gawahi ki meethi nahrain behne dijiye jo har guzarnay wale ko sairab karein. Apne toray ko mat chhupaiye balkay us ke saath len den kijiye, tab aap apne Khudawand aur Malik ke liye nafa-bakhsh naukar saabit honge. Khuda ke liye bolna khud hamare liye taazgi ka baais, muqaddaseen ke liye tasalli, gunahgaron ke liye faida mand aur Najaat Dehinda ke liye baais-e-izzat hoga.
