The songs, lyrics, melodies, and audio/video recordings listed here remain the intellectual property of their original creators — poets, composers, and worshipers (singers/churches/ministries). Fakhta Foundation does not claim to publish or own these works; our role is to make them searchable, properly credited, and accessible for worship.
Where known, every song page credits its poet, composer, and worshiper (see the credit chips on poet.php, composer.php, and worshiper.php). If your name as a creator is missing, incorrect, or incomplete on a song, please let us know via the Feedback form under "Content Correction" — we will fix it promptly.
Lyrics and songs here may be freely viewed and sung for personal devotion, home fellowship, and non-commercial church/worship gatherings. However, re-recording, commercial distribution, printing/selling, or re-presenting these songs as your own is not permitted without the explicit consent of the original rights holder (poet/composer/worshiper). For commercial or broadcast usage rights to a specific song, contact the creator or worshiper/church credited on that song's page directly.
The website's design, code, layout, logo, and original written content (such as the About Us/Mission pages, admin-written articles) belong to Fakhta Foundation. The "Fakhta" and "Fakhta Worship" name and logo are associated with Fakhta Foundation — please don't use them for another project or product without permission.
